In modern construction, the technologies by which buildings are erected are formed based on their constructive technological method of operation, climatic, geological and other circumstances, as well as requirements for ensuring the energy saving of the building. The speed of development of construction in our country shows the need to use more and more modern technologies, as well as the improvement of some domestic and foreign methods for arranging facades. Since the facade of the building is sufficiently responsible for the long-term and comfortable operation of the facility being built, this became the reason for the search and application of new methods for the manufacture and installation of external structures of facades to improve various design solutions, as well as to increase such characteristics of the facade as heat, sound insulation and fire resistance of the building, as well as the development of facade protection systems from external weather influences. Many factors must be taken into account when designing the facade, the facade must meet the conditions for strength and reliability, all thermal and waterproofing characteristics. Saving resources and reducing labor costs are important design tasks. The durability of the building and the safety of living largely depends on the choice of facade systems. In addition, the architectural features of facade systems and buildings directly affect the complexity of the work. One of the most important elements of the design of construction production is the organization of the construction site. The design of temporary infrastructure facilities must be carried out in accordance with the calculations of the project for the production of works. Efficient use of the territory will increase the volume of stored materials, improve safety and work intensity.
