Maintenance monitoring of metallurgical operated buildings
The hereby described research relates to the monitoring of mechanical safety of operated buildings of metallurgical complexes. It has been carried out by means of analysis of on-site measured integral parameters. To carry out field measurements, a hardware-software complex manufactured by OOO SNTP “Profinzh” was used, which includes a measuring instrument based on a digital three-component seismometer PRDP-SM, an AS-SM communication adapter and specialized software “Vysota-M”. The Vysota-M control program includes methods for measuring and interpreting measured values, methods for determining the period and logarithmic decrement of natural oscillations in accordance with the requirements of current regulatory and technical documents. The measurement methodology has been tested, there has also been performed the data analysis of the values of natural vibration frequencies of load-bearing building structures obtained through a set of on-site measurements conducted once a month within a calendar year. The measurement technique has been tested, the analysis of the vibration frequency adjustments of the bearing building structures, which are naturally measured during the calendar year with a frequency of once a month, has been carried out. According to the results of the analysis, there was determined the maintenance category of the monitored load-bearing building structures and the monitored object as a whole.
