Prospects for creating affordable housing in the russian federation regions
Improving the living conditions of citizens is one of the most important constitutional missions of the government. The start of extended reproduction in the housing sector changes economic, social, and juristic government's course dramatically. The question of housing needs’ satisfaction now caused other goals and tasks for authorities to consider. The most important step to form and realize a national housing policy project is to use a complex interagency approach in providing housing for different population categories. Nowadays, the housing policy has no proper connection with the Russian economic policy course. Therefore, no individual housing problems can be solved. Like any other's country economy, the Russian economy has faced a pandemic in 2020. The initial supply shock is gradually being transformed into demand shock. The levels of income and consumption in general are being decreased. The article determines the risks that stop the affordable housing project from realizing in pandemic circumstances. On the basis of these risks, some measures to correct the project were defined. The purpose of this is to provide the population with housing. The problem of creating affordable housing can be reasonably solved with other problems such as existing housing fund renovation, poor condition houses removal, and social and demographic policy.
