Construction and Analysis of a Model on the Reallocation of Land around Mass Rail Transit Stations
As a mass public transit system, sustainable development of mass rail transit is the key point of reallocation of land around mass rail transit (TOD-Planning). Only with reasonable TOD Planning and Design, can we improve the utilization of mass rail transit and the price and utilization efficiency of land. Therefore, applicability of TOD in China was discussed in this research. Targets and principles of TOD mode, which is based on the sustainable development of mass rail transit in China, were made. In order to achieve the goal of sustainable development of mass rail transit, planning target-equation of TOD was established. Constraint conditions were set according to development of social economy, condition of market demand and principle of TOD-Planning. It can be ensured that the environment around mass rail transit develops coordinately through the construction and analysis of the model, and the traffic condition will not worsen due to the overdevelopment of land around mass rail transit.
