Soundness Research of Listed Real Estate Company Based on Model of Gains and Stock Returns Relationship
The relationship between soundness and listed real estate company is explained. Related domestic and abroad literature is reviewed and model of gains & stock returns relationship is analyzed. Data in 2008-2011 of listed real estate companies is divided into two groups and used to do empirical research. The result shows that the use of soundness in listed real estate companies is not very significant. Besides, the causes are explained and advice is proposed.
