Safety Risk Analysis for Prefabricated Building Hoisting Construction Based on STPA-BN
To effectively evaluate the safety risk status in the hoisting construction of prefabricated buildings and identify key risk factors, first, the System Theoretic Process Analysis (STPA) is applied to construct the control feedback structure in the hoisting construction, identify the unsafe control behaviors that lead to danger, and determine the cause factors of the unsafe control behaviors. Then, the forward causal inference of Bayesian network is used to calculate the state probability of safety risk in prefabricated building hoisting construction, and the risk factors affecting safety accidents are analyzed combined with reverse diagnostic inference. Finally, the sensitivity analysis is utilized to identify the key risk factors. The results show that the safety risk level of prefabricated building hoisting construction is in a low-risk state and inadequate onsite safety management is a key risk factor affecting safety risks of prefabricated building hoisting construction.
