Semantic Representation of Infrastructure Interdependencies: Rethinking Infrastructure Design and Management
This paper presents a semantic system for coordinating the management of infrastructure projects. The proposed system starts from three fundamental premises: the use of knowledge (through ontologies and semantic systems), covering all facets of infrastructure projects (products, processes and human actors), and consideration of project aspects other than direct costs.
