Research on Safety Evaluation of Prefabricated Building Construction Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process
In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s economy and society, prefabricated buildings in China are also gradually developing. However, due to the immature construction technology and the lack of management experience, many construction safety problems have been exposed during the construction of the prefabricated buildings. Therefore, in this context, how to improve the construction safety of prefabricated buildings has become a worthwhile research. On the basis of reading a large number of papers, combined with the construction characteristics of the existing assembly-type construction projects in China, this paper constructs an index system that affects the safety of prefabricated building construction by means of expert survey, and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish a comprehensive evaluation model. Finally, the main influencing factors affecting the construction safety of the prefabricated building are proposed on the basis of analyzing the results of the hierarchical method, and targeted measures to reduce the occurrence of dangerous accidents are taken.
