Construction enterprises improve their supply chain management by standardizing their work process and optimally controlling each link in the chain using effective tools. The building of a construction supply chain is the basis of the whole supply chain system operating, which needs rational allocation for the chain with more consideration about the characteristics of the construction industry. This paper:(1) puts forward the selection principle of construction supply chain partners; (2) builds a partner selection model from multi-suppliers based on mixed integer programming method; and, (3) solves problems like configurable quote, homogeneity constraints and attribute correlation.
