Government Environmental Management Performance Evaluation Based on the Perspective of Ecological Civilization
In recent years, ecological environment in China continues to deteriorate, and the ecological crisis occurs frequently; these problems have aroused high attention of the whole society. As the executive organ of state power, government institutions at various levels have become the main body that provides social management and public goods. It is worth discussing how to promote the construction of ecological civilization with the help of the improvement of government ecological performance management. Combined with the concepts of circular economy and sustainable development, it analyzed government environmental management performance status under the background of ecological civilization, focused on the four dimensions of economic, social, ecological, public evaluation, and constructed evaluation index system of government ecological management performance by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). It cleared the major factor affecting the government ecological management performance and provided effective basis and scientific guidance for improving the performance of government environmental management.
