Pipeline Steel Bracket Finite Element Analysis in Shield Tunnel
Shield tunneling is one key big-river crossing method for gas pipeline. For the limited tunnel inner space, steel brackets are always used for supporting pipe weight and relative slip friction. This paper determines the most suitable pipe bracket type and uses the software ANSYS to analyze bracket stress conditions. The calculation results show that the steel bracket structures are a safe solution for strengthening underwater pipelines.
