Shared Parking Policy Analysis Based on Game Theory
The rapid development of urban motorization makes parking problem become a concerned issues for urban transportation management department. This paper first presented an overview on the main factors of influencing shared parking policy. After separating the interests and cooperation cost between transportation management and parking operators, based on game theory to explore the participators’ interest relationship in shared parking policy; one is parking operators’ game analysis in the planning stage, and another is the game between management department and parking operators in the implementation stage. The discussion had confirmed that the cooperation cost is the key factor in the implementing of shared parking policy. Based on game theory can obtain the interest equilibrium relationship among different parking operators, and then provided related suggestions for the implementation of shared parking policy, including the participators of management department, parking operators and car owners.
