A Green Construction Information Management Platform Based on Emerging Information Technology
With the rapid development of construction engineering, green construction has become the consensus of investors and construction management personnel. The development of emerging information technology promotes change in the field of building construction. In order to improve construction information management obsolescence and accelerate the improvement of green construction theory and practical application, this paper explains the mechanism of emerging information technology such as BIM, internet of things, ubiquitous computing and 4D visualization in green construction. By integrating the process of green construction information management system and the characteristics of the information technology above, the green construction information management platform is put forward. On this basis, the framework is designed. The application of emerging information and the research on this platform have great significance to green construction technology and management level, and lead construction in the direction of informatization, integration and sustainability.
