Research on Model of the Urban Public Transport Financial Subsidy
At present, there are many defects in the methods of calculating the urban public transport subsidy. The reason is that we have not established a scientifically reasonable and unified measurement model of it. This paper analyzes the development of the public transport subsidy and summarizes two kinds of public transport subsidy models abroad, of which the deficiencies are analyzed respectively. Then, we mainly introduce a specific and operable subsidy calculating model named classification subsidy model and explain its advantages. Finally, it is combined with the regular bus survey data of Jinan City in 2015 for case studies. The results show that the method of subsidy classification and the subsidy calculation model not only can perfectly satisfy the users’ demand for bus travel but also can maximize the effectiveness in the government subsidies, which provide new ideas for urban public transport subsidy calculations.
