Evolutionary Game Model of Construction Enterprises and Construction Material Manufacturers in Construction and Demolition Waste Resource Utilization
In the context of waste-free cities, the recycling of CDW can reduce environmental pollution and promote the sustainable development of a city. However, only 20%–30% of CDW in the world is recycled, showing a low rate of global CDW utilization. In order to improve the utilization rate, this paper selects construction enterprises and construction material manufacturers as main participants, applies evolutionary game theory to construct an evolutionary game model on the two parties’ decision-making behaviors in CDW recycling, and uses MATLAB to make a numerical simulation. The research results are helpful to deeply understand the behavior, needs, and cooperation of stakeholders in the CDW resource utilization market; provide management enlightenment for the CDW resource utilization practice; and improve the CDW resource utilization rate in China.
