Appropriate Seismic Analysis Method of Subway Shield Tunnels in Soft Ground
In order to achieve understanding of the distribution of internal force of the subway shield tunnel at the earthquake, as well as understanding the influence of the earthquake to the tunnel so as to ensure the safety of the tunnel structure, one tunnel project is studied and an appropriate numeric modeling by quasi-static method is conducted for shield tunnel in soft ground. The research shows that seismic design method is considered more appropriate for subway shield tunnels in soft ground.
