Research on Optimization of Road Network Layout in New Urban District under Civil-Military Integration
Most of the traditional urban road network planning is based on the four-stage method, and emergency and wartime transportation demands are rarely considered. Under the civil-military integration strategy, this paper proposes an optimization method to improve the road network of new urban districts based on the node deployment model to meet the emergency needs and wartime needs. By establishing an evaluation index system for node importance under civil-military integration and combining with the evaluation results of road network vulnerability, this paper optimizes the road network layout of new urban districts by using two measures: increasing parallel segments and improving road invulnerability. This paper proposes a specific planning method to meet the needs of the military and civilians, and presents relevant improvement measures and suggestions by case analysis. This provides a new perspective for guiding the optimization of the road network layout in new urban districts.
