Impacts of Subway Transit Vibrations on the Human Body in Nearby Buildings
In recent years, due to the development and expansion of large cities and metropolitan areas, the more frequently railways are constructed, the more subway lines come across city centers and residential areas. Increasing attention is being paid to the influence of urban subway transit vibrations on surrounding buildings and residents. It is beneficial to improve the quality of life by evaluating the extent of influence on the human body and performing effective treatments during construction. In this paper, a subway tunnel-building structural model was developed through a finite element method, with a stochastic force spectrum applied to the tunnel to simulate passing by trains. Based on a typical building near a subway, the acceleratory parameters on different stories were analyzed. Furthermore, a human annoyance rate model was established by fuzzy theory to study the influence of subway transit vibrations on the human body. Finally, suggestions are provided on the basis of the above analyses.
