Low-Carbon City Construction in China: National Situation and Practice
Since the introduction of idea of low-carbon economy and low-carbon city, the practice of low-carbon city construction has been launched extensively on a global scale. China, as a big developing country with a great speed of urbanization, has its own features to carry out the low-carbon city practice. On the basis of analyzing the national situation of Chinese urban development, this paper emphasizes on the policies and pilot projects to carry out the low-carbon city construction in China.
