The following areas of loading on concrete frames are considered herein: (1) An idealized conception of elastic members joined by plastic hinges; (2) basic parameters, minimum values, and theoretical assumptions for strength and deformation calculations of members and hinges; and (3) the behavior of ultimate designs under working load.
