Impact Analysis of Land Supply on Housing Prices in China
Urban land supply system is so important. It is the standard institution of national urban land management. In recent years, the relationship of changes in the urban land supply system and fluctuation in the housing price has become a hot topic. By comparing the way of urban land supply between mature market economy countries and China, analyzing the way of urban land supply influence on housing price, currently, we find some problems in the way of China's land supply. Meanwhile, the paper puts forward some relevant suggestions and measures to improve the way of urban land supply.
