Demand Forecasting Analysis of Xi'an Real Estate
This paper, based on the analysis of influencing factors of demand for real estate, forecasts and analyzes Xi'an real estate demand and carries on empirical studies. In this paper, we use the SPSS software to implement correlation analyses for various factors and build demand forecasting models with the multiple regression function for selected independent variables by regression analysis. Besides, we forecast independent variables by using the unary linear regression method. Finally, we reach the conclusion that Xi'an demands for real estate will be rising in the next four years.
