Grasping the Complexity of Organizational Behavior for Mega-Construction Projects
With an increasing number of mega construction projects in China and increasing large scales, the complexity has emerged obviously. Research on the complexity of the organizational behavior in the mega construction projects has become an important part of project management. Without doubt, it is essential for the management of mega construction projects. First, basic concept and scientific connotation of the organizational behavior was defined in mega construction projects. Then, basic elements and formation path of organizational behavior were analyzed in mega construction projects, and interrelation of organizational patterns and organizational behavior was summarized based on the literature review and theory of organizational behavior. Finally, the complexity characteristics of organizational behavior were explored in mega construction projects. The results of the study have significant references on perfecting the complexity theory and project management.
