Research on the Bidding Evaluation Mechanism of the Method of Lowest Bidding Price Evaluated
With the accelerated pace of the new urbanization, it is particularly important to save the construction cost and maximize the utilization of funds; therefore, the application results of the lowest bidding price evaluated in some typical areas are analyzed through the field research, the bid evaluation model of the method of the lowest bidding price evaluated is analyzed by the comparative study, at the same time, it’s proposed that the bidding evaluation mechanism and guarantee mechanism should be established adhering to the principles of compliance, systematization, and applicability.
