Study on the Indicator System for Evaluating the Suitability of Mountainous Land for Construction
Building a relatively scientific and feasible indicator system for evaluating the suitability of the mountainous land for construction is the basis for making such evaluation and realizing a reasonable layout for urban construction land. By expounding on the principles for indicator selection and taking into consideration mountainous land use characteristics, this study analyzes, screens, and picks out the indicators, which combine special factors with basic ones, for evaluating the suitability of the mountainous land for construction. It also carries out weighted distribution of factor indicators by using Analytical Hierarchy Process and Delphi approach comprehensively and quantized grading of evaluation indicators by using the theories of fuzzy mathematics. In the end, it manages to establish an indicator system suitable for evaluating the suitability of the mountainous land for construction.
