Countermeasure for the Typical Disease of Prestressed Concrete Hollow Slab Girder
Recently research development and existing problem were summarized about longtidinal cracks and hinge cracks. A novel prestressed concrete hollow girder was put forward , which was prefabricated using match method with shear key at interface to solve the problem of hinge cracks. Two-way prestressing strand were layout to assure the longtidinal load-bearing capacity and prevent the emergence of longtidinal cracks.In order to reduce the temperature difference between the internal and external of the prestressed concrete hollow girder, drilling hole at the bottom slab of girder every distance was carried out . To ensure the adhesive effect between the girder and pavement, groove at the top slab of girder was designed. The finite element analysis results of a design example showed that the pressure stress of bottom slab of girder was about 0.16MPa∼2.58MPa,which was effective to avoid the appearance of longtidinal cracks and hinge cracks.
