The Risk Evaluation of Beautiful Village Construction Project Based on PPP Mode
As a new project and carrier, the beautiful village construction has many characteristics such as large investment, long life cycle, and variable factors and so on. Not only does the beautiful village construction promote the ecological civilization construction, but also it can deepen the construction of new socialist countryside. Compared with the general project construction, it faces more risks. Therefore, this paper intends to identify the risks of the beautiful village construction project from the perspective of the project life cycle, which is based on the PPP mode. Through the interpretive structural model (ISM), the multi-level risk model can be built. And then using the analytic network process (ANP) determines the weight of the risk factors, so the main risk factors of the construction of beautiful village based on PPP mode can be got. The significance of this paper is to provide the direction and reference for the risk management of the beautiful village construction project based on PPP mode.
