Impact Analysis on Concrete Mechanical Properties of Steel Fiber Shotcrete
Fiber-reinforced shotcrete has been widely used as part of permanent support during the last 20 years. Through the mechanical analysis oftheprinciple of steel fiber concrete structure, the applicability of steel fiber concrete in the permanent lining is researched. Combined with the typical anchor spray engineering, the reasonable proportion, tension, resistance of compression and shear of steel fiber spray concrete layer are completed by laboratory testing. According to the analysis of measured data of stress in wall rock, spray stress of concrete and level convergence in performance text of steel fiber shotcrete and its engineering application civil engineering, the stress distribution is more homogeneous and the yield capacity is better. When mixes the quantity by 0 increase to 1.2 kg/m3, fiber concretes 7d resistant to compression, the tensile strength and datum concretes compare, reduced 11.4% and the 8.7%, 28d intensity separately reduced 12.1% and 3.6%, and spotting spray experiment of civil engineering shows that the tensile strength and toughness of the steel fiber fiber concrete spray layer are higher than those of general one. The rebound of the steel fiber concrete is reduced. The results show that steel fiber shotcrete is perfect timbering material for permanent lining and it has wider application.
