The issues and concerns include cultural and natural resource protection and the appropriate level and type of NPS and commercial visitor services and facilities. This plan presents five alternatives, including a proposed action and no-action alternative, for visitor use and resource protection in the four main developed areas of the park - Rim Village, Mazama Village, Cleetwood, and Munson Valley" P. iii.
