PELAKSANAAN PENDAFTARAN HAK MILIK ATAS TANAH OLEH PEMEGANG HAKNYA DI DUSUN CABANG RUAN KECAMATAN BATU AMPAR KABUPATEN KUBU RAYA
Abstrac Land registration was intended to ensure legal certainty of the land. The registration of the land would make it easy to know the legal status and position of the land, whether of the location, extent, boundary and owner of the land and other burdens if available, such as burden. Of the proposition of the land results in a certificate as proof of legal ownership of the land. The objective of writing an essay on the application of data and information on the administration of land rights registration by the owner, knowing the rights and obligations of the owner of the property, knowing of the underlying factors that had not been done by property registration and knowing of the legal consequences that occurred to the landowner who had not yet had access to land rights. The method used in this study is an empirical law study method with a descriptive analysis approach. The first data-collecting technique the author uses is a direct communication technique (Interview) to the data source which is the headman of the batu ampar village, the head of the cabang ruan and the head of the land office kubu raya. The second is indirect communication techniques (Questioner) to the landowners in the cabang ruan village. The method of sampling the author uses is sampling. The indigenous people of the cabang ruan village still remain without a certificate of land as proof of legal ownership. The causes of people have not registered land in the cabang ruan as much as because of distance, lack of and lack of information about land registration have resulted in an absence of definite land rights that have resulted in frequent overtures of land ownership or property patents in the cabang ruan village.
