DAMPAK PENGEMBANGAN CENTER POINT OF INDONESIA (CPI) TERHADAP POTENSI PENCEMARAN LIMBAH DI SEKITAR PANTAI LOSARI
The abstract contains: The Center Point of Indonesia (CPI) area is designated as an integrated Global Business Center. Makassar City as a world city has built supporting facilities and infrastructure, one of which is the development of the Center Point of Indonesia (CPI) area with development quality. The emergence of this problem cannot be separated from the behaviour of the community, the reality on the ground shows that there are still many community members who have not carried out waste management properly. In addition, the Makassar City Government has sought cleaning facilities provided in various places but many have not received attention and maintenance. The purpose of this study is to find out how much impact the development of Center Point of Indonesia (CPI) has on the potential for waste pollution around Losari Beach. The research method used is a quantitative method which is described descriptively. In this study, identification of the potential for waste pollution that occurs has the impact of developing CPI on the potential for waste pollution on indicators of trade, offices, worship and public spaces. The results obtained from this study indicate that there is an influence of trade indicators of 64% which are categorized as low level of closeness, office indicators of 1,8% which are categorized as very low level of closeness, worship indicators 48,5% which are categorized as closeness level. Very strong relationship, and 48,8% public space indicator which is categorized as a very strong relationship.
