The goal of Master's thesis is to develop the design of building structures component for commercial building. The building will be constructed in Kelmė, Kooperacijos g. 41. The final project consists of: Architectural structural part, which contains the elements of the building design, materials, basic technical indicators. Structural part, which includes calculated load-bearing structure of the building. Girders, columns and pile foundation. Technological and organizational part, which makes and analyzes the roof mounting technology. Work safety part, which includes the established safety measures and ways of solving them. The economic part, in which two roof-bearing structures are constructed and compared. Completed architectural and structural drawings of the designed building.
