The constructions of water-engineering systems are under the influence of different loads and negative environment impacts that account for invalid deformations, crazing, constructions incline and degrade. The most dangerous are deteriorations that destroy retaining walls because such as these reduce the bearing capacity of constructions, influence on reliability and durability of constructions. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate deteriorations‘ influence on durability of reinforced concrete retaining walls of water-engineering systems. There are reinforced concrete constructions – retaining walls of Kaunas region hydraulic structures considered. It was found out the main characteristic that describes the strengh of constructions – the compression strength of the concrete. Statistical indicators such as standard deviation and variation coefficient are used for analysis of concrete. The durability indicators of constructions are counted, the technical state of water-engineering systems and deteriorations‘ influence on durability of constructions are evaluated.
