Exploitation, Sustainability & Business Plans v2
This is the second version of the SPHINX “Exploitation, Sustainability & Business Plans” document. The first version “D8.4. Exploitation, Sustainability & Business Plans v1” that was submitted by the end of year 1 of the project (M12 – December 2019) briefly presented the SPHINX project outcomes, the overall exploitation plan that the entire consortium should follow and the KPIs that should be reached by the end of this project. This version is an updated version and describes more clearly the SPHINX exploitable outcomes since we are on month 24 of the project with all the components having their first version developed. Overall, SPHINX will produce five (5) exploitation outcomes including: • the SPHINX toolkit that is the main technical outcome of the project, • the SPHINX individual components that the SPHINX toolkit is composed of, • the pilot cases success stories, • the policy recommendations and best practices from the implementation of SPHINX platform in replicated real environments, and • the scientific knowledge that will be generated through the R&D activities.
