PELATIHAN PENYUSUNAN RENCANA BISNIS BUMDES MART DI DESA TANETE, KEC. SIMBANG, KAB. MAROS
The main objective of this community service is to improve the knowledge and skills of the Tanete Villageapparatus which is located in Simbang, Maros regency in preparing a business plan for the establishment of BUMDESMART in Tanete Village. While the target of this program is the preparation of BUMDES MART business plans that canbe used as a guide to establish BUMDES MART in Tanete Village. The success in establishing BUMDES MART willhave a positive impact on the residents of Tanete Village in fulfilling their daily needs easily and may socially open newjobs as well as to improve the welfare of the community in Tanete Village. Furthermore, the method used to achievethese goals and targets is training method that is conducted in the form of lectures, questions and answers, discussions,and the process of mentoring by the community service team to partners, especially assistance in preparing a businessplan for the establishment of BUMDES MART in Tanete Village, Simbang, Maros regency. The result of thiscommunity service is the document of business plan that is readily be implemented by the community service partner.The business plan consists of organizational and management aspects, marketing aspects, operational aspects, andfinancial aspects.
