The final land management master work analyze thesis of E. Andre parks art inheritance ir Lithuania : peculiarities and management capabilities. Working methods and organization. Work carried out using the theoretical and practical methods. Master work accomplished in four phases : analytical literature reviews, empirical studies, experimental project and final thesis . Textual and graphical parts made using computer programs : AutoCAD 2010 , ArchiCAD18 Adobe Photoshop CS6 , Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Word 2010th Results. With the succor of a hypothetical and conceptual model, empirical research results and design criteria for the object selection has been carried out experimental project. The design object - Trakai Vokė Manor Park. The experimental project Trakai Voke Manor park from eclectic object transforms it into a consolidated space for cultural , educational , recreational and scientific activities. Project idea: to provide the subject of innovation, preservation and sustainable use of all the valuable features of the park . This park is a place for access to cultural, historical and natural heritage , E. Andre creations . In projected space planned passive and active operations , designed the space for them , and adapted for the small architecture and infrastructure.
