ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PRODUKTIVITAS PEKERJAAN KONSTRUKSI BERDASARKAN PERSEPSI PEKERJA
Productivity of construction industry not only affecting by worker but also other factors such as equipment, material, methods, etc. The purposed of this study was to analyzed factors affecting construction labour productivity based on worker perception. Questionnaire had been conduct to collect data and spread to respondent. Mean value and relative importance index (RII) had been used to analyzed degree of importance variabel that affecting construction labour productivity. Results shows that from 42 variabels which identified from literature review, only 39 variables can be used in term of validity and reliability test. The final results shows seven variabel with highest effect on construction labour productivity. They were worker experience and skill, employee training and empowerment, employee commitment, construction method and technology, employee discipline, equipment suitability and efficiency, and work accidenct assurance. The seven variables have highest affect on construction labour productivity with importance RII about 80%-83%. In term of factor, the final result point out that worker factor has the highest affect on construction labour productivity with RII about 80%.
