The aim of this work is to describe and understand the technological manufacturing process of concrete pavement blocks, to design an industrial building in which the technological line will be installed and to calculate the payback period of such line. Research on construction laws and regulations are described in this work, same as architectural and structural framework of the building. Calculations for U-value of roof and precast concrete column are also prepared. Construction safety regulations are provided and the cost of the whole project is estimated. The engineering drawings are added: plans of the building site, the ground floor, production line and technological equipment; a cyclogram and operation length charts; cross-sectional views of the building; design of the precast concrete column.
