ANALISA PENENTUAN LOKASI RELOKASI PERUMAHAN PADA KAWASAN RAWAN BENCANA
Padang City is one of the areas that has the potential to be vulnerable to disasters and about 15% of housing is located in disaster-prone areas. One of the obligations of the government and local governments is to facilitate the provision of livable houses for district/city disaster victims and communities affected by the relocation of district/city government programs.There are five factors that serve as criteria in selecting a relocation location, namely; Land status, land area, land value zone, infrastructure services and facilities services. To determine the potential land for housing is done by using the overlay/superimpose analysis technique and the Buffer technique. The stages of analyzing the carrying capacity of the land for housing development are carried out through a checklist of the suitability of the location with the criteria for the housing area, comparison of the location of residential land with the carrying capacity of the land. comparison with the planned settlement space pattern, delineation of potential land locations, and alternative potential land locations.
