IMPLEMENTASI MODEL TEKNIK MANAJEMEN WAKTU PADA PELAKSANA JASA KONSTRUKSI
This research is in the form of an analysis of the implementation of time management technique models which are commonly used and the use of software as a tool in scheduling and controlling the implementation of construction projects used by construction service companies. With a descriptive approach, this study obtains an overview of the time management technique model and software used to assist in project scheduling and control. The level of effectiveness of time management technique models and project software is measured by the Relative Important Index (RII). This study aims as a useful data source for users of construction services and the world of education in obtaining an overview of the implementation of the project time management technique model used by construction service implementers in the city of Manado. The results showed that the qualifications of the contractor who returned the questionnaire. Large contractors counted 5 questionnaires (16.66%), medium contractors as many as 5 questionnaires (16.66%), and small contactors as many as 20 questionnaires (66.66%), age qualifications of respondents who returned the questionnaire. Age 19-25 years were 5 respondents (16.67%), ages 26-35 years were 16 respondents (53.33%), ages 36-50 years were 9 respondents (30%), The number of respondents was based on the level of education in the study Most of them are Strata 1 (S1) as many as 23 respondents (76.67), respondents with a Strata 2 (S2) education are 2 respondents (6.67%), and the rest are respondents with Diploma (D3) education as many as 5 respondents (16 67%), the number of respondents based on the length of work, as many as 7 respondents (23.33%) who have worked for more than 11 years, 8 respondents (26.67%) have worked for 5-10 years, 12 respondents (40%) have worked working for 2 - 5 years and 3 respondents (10%) who have only worked for about one year. Proseantase in applying the time management technique model is the highest percentage using Bart charts and CPM (96.67%), PERT (60%), PDM 50%), LOB (16.67%), Milestone and simulation (3.33%) ), The level of effectiveness as measured using the Relative Importance Index (RII) is Gant / bart chart 0.93, CPM 0.91, PERT 0.88, LOB, 0.64, PDM 0.89, Milestone 0.30, and simulation 0.32 . For software users in scheduling and controlling the time of project implementation, construction service companies use Microsoft Excel (100%), Microsoft Project (26.67%), Primavera (93.33%), Asta Power (20%). And the calculation of the level of software use based on the RII value is Microsoft exel occupies the top level (0.92%), Primavera (0.91%), Microsoft project (0.88%), Asta power (0.55%).
