The aim of the final work - to prepare a project for the renovation (modernization) of an multi-apartment residential building in Utena. Project implementation methods: analysis of technological processes, construction solutions, scientific literature and normative construction technical documents and comparative calculations. During the preparation of the project of the modernized multi-apartment house I analyzed the technological, constructional solutions, scientific literature and based on the obtained results I created two technological cards for the plinth insulation and plastered facade insulation system works. Using the computer program „Prosama5G“, I prepared a local estimate for the renovation (modernization) of an multi-apartment residential building.
