Rehabilitació de la pensió Palomares a la Seu d'Urgell
The principal object of this Final Project is based on a diagnosis of the current state of the edification and define which are the injuries that it suffer to propose an intervention of rehabilitation in the future, acting in the pension and in the prívate home. The pension “Habitaciones Palomares” is located in the old city of La Seu d’Urgell. Once they were two separate buildings, one constructed in 1930, and the other in 1940. Later joined and formed a single building. These days the building Works as a pension despite the poor state that it is. This stare is caused by the poor maintenance, causing an unhealthy environment in many spaces. The most important injuries that the building has, are caused by the wáter filtrations through the roof, rooting the roof’s structure and the lower ceilings. There are also woodworm in many wooden beams that damage the structure. In this Project we analize the state of the building and a proposal of intervention is given to be made in the future to rehabilítate the edification.
