KONTRIBUSI PENGETAHUAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI DAN PENGETAHUAN MANAJEMEN TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS KERJA KEPALA SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS DI KABUPATEN ROKAN HILIR”.
This study aims to explore contribution of knowledge of information technologyand knowledge management on work effectiveness of senior high school principals inRokan Hilir Region. This research was conducted at the place SMA in Rokan Hilirtotaling 63 schools. The results showed positive influences of information technologyknowledge of the effectiveness of the principal, which is evidenced by t-count 10.513greater than 2.007 t-tabel. information technology accounted for 0.680 or 68.0% of thechange in the value of the effectiveness of the principal. There is a significant influenceon the effectiveness of knowledge management principals, as evidenced by 10.608 tcountvalue greater than t-tabel value 2,007. knowledge management contribution tothe effectiveness of the of the principal is equal to 0.684 or 68.4%. Simultaneously ortogether, knowledge of information technology and knowledge management significantand positive impact on the effectiveness of the principal. Taken together the knowledgeof information technology and knowledge management accounted for 0.689 or 68.9%of the change in the value of the effectiveness of school principals.
