Completion schedule some Multi Purpose Station Construction Project and Supporting Facilities in Kuala Tanjung, North Sumatera in 2017 delayed. The condition always associated with risk in a certain scale. Risk analysis needed to reduce risks and solve the condition. Results of research conducted identify five major risks, changes in design during construction, changes in construction method, unrealistic schedule, short engineering works, material delays. Fifth of risks identified in the high risk category. The level influence of risk to completion plan Multi Purpose Station Construction Project and Supporting Facilities in Kuala Tanjung, North Sumatera with the probability 80% is 11,19% or 109 working days of the planned schedule 975 days is classified as high risk. After risk mitigation and control the probability 80% , time delay decrease to 6.45% or 63 days.
