Pengaruh Penambahan Abu Cangkang Kerang Darah (Anadara Granosa) sebagai Agregat Halus Terhadap Kuat Tekan Beton
Concrete as a building project construction material is currently icreasing in Indonesia, therefore it reduced concrete base materials itself, and because of that we need to find the another enviromentally friendly base material resources. The purpose of this research is to find the mixed composition of concrete which uses Anadara Granosa as a fine aggregate to reduce the impact enviromental pollution. This research refers to the method of experiment. With 2.5%, 5% and 7.5% mixed percentage. With 9 concrete test object for each mixed composition with size of the mold is 15cm x 15cm x 15cm. The object testing begin after the object is 7 days, 14 days, and 28 days. With refers to SNI 03-2834-2000 methode. And the result shows that the Anadara Granosa made a different about compressive strenght of concrete. In this study, the normal compressive strength of 28 days old was 21.78 Mpa; concrete with a mixture of 2.5% shell ash yields a compressive strength of 22.89 Mpa; concrete with a mixture of 5% shell ash yields a 24 MPa compressive strength; and on concrete with a mixture of 7.5% shell ash yields a compressive strength of 23.33 Mpa. Based on the test results obtained by the optimum compressive strength of the composition of the mixture of 5% Anadara Granosa at the age of 28 days by 24 MPa. So it can be concluded the use of ash shells of blood clams with a percentage of 5% addition can be used on concrete mixes with the highest concrete compressive strength value and in accordance with the compressive strength of the plan.
