The Government of Indonesia to spur the construction of flats, set out in Presidential Decree No. 22 of 2006 on Rusun. The construction of flats is a way of solving the problem of the needs of settlements and housing in crowded locations, especially in urban areas where the population is always increasing. Formulation of the problem:(1)How is the Role of the Government in the Fulfillment of Rusunawa's facilities and infrastructure in Padang?(2)What are the obstacles found by the City Government in the process of fulfillment of Rusunawa's facilities and infrastructure in Padang?(3)How are the efforts made by the Government to overcome obstacles in the fulfillment of Rusunawa facilities and infrastructure in Padang City? Type of Research: This study uses a sociological juridical approach, a sociological juridical approach is an approach by looking at something of a legal reality in society. Concluding the results of the research:(1)The role of the government in carrying out the implementation of the bill is an effort made by the Minister, governor, and regent / mayor in accordance with its authority, aspects of coaching carried out by the government in the form of planning, arrangement, monitoring and control.(2)Some problems are basically sourced in terms of supply and needs and limited funds, difficulty in land availability, difficulty obtaining permits(3)Government efforts in improving the environment of flats by socializing and improving infrastructure, facilities, and public utilities in flats and cooperating with relevant agencies to oversee the bill.
