PENERAPAN METODE ANALITYCAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP) PADA SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PEMILIHAN TEMPAT TINGGAL STUDI KASUS : PERUMAHAN GRAND DEPOK CITY
Housing is currently growing rapidly, a person buying a home is often based on the criteria of price, location, public facilities, home facilities, access, type (buildings and land area), type of building, building specifications and design of the house. These criteria into consideration for buying a home and good livable. Decision support system offers solutions for reference in choosing a place to stay. By using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is able to resolve the issue. Using AHP can help customers by providing alternative housing (cluster) in accordance with the wishes of the customer. Consistensi vector calculation results, comparison of alternatives per criterion in obtaining the value of 0.0488699. The first priority is the price criteria weighting of 0.57, the second location criteria weighting of 0.20, the third criteria of land area weight of 0.03, the fourth criterion public facilities weights of 0.05, 0.05 weight fifth road access. The results of the weight value calculation alternative housg Anggrek3 first priority value of 0.39, the second anggrek2 value of 0.25, the third Viscany value of 024 and the latter Acacia value of 0.11 .
