A view of the Kingston-Rhinecliff Bridge, a truss bridge which allows cars to pass over the Hudson River. The bridge opened on February 2nd, 1957. Driving west on the 7,793-foot span bridge offers a stunning vista of the Catskill Mountain ridgeline. The bridge was renamed the George Clinton Bridge in 2000 in honor of New York State's first and longest serving governor, who is buried in the Old Dutch Churchyard in Kingston.
