The purpose about the Management of Development In Program Unwanted Housing Assistance (RTLH) in Sioyong Village year 2013. The researcher uses descriptive qualitative research. This research tries to reveal a fact or event as it is, and gives an objective description about the situation or problems that may be faced, the number of informants in this research is 6 people, data collection technique is done through literature research, field research in the form of observation, interview and documentation, and data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of research on the management of RTLH surgical aid in Sioyong Village Dampelas Subdistrict Donggala District that the implementation and supervision of housing activities unfit for habitation (RTLH) in Sioyong Village Year 2013 has not been optimal by beneficiaries and implementing activities of RTLH. from the process of implementation of the construction of the house with the problems that arise, the relevant government agencies in the implementation of housing development provide more input and suggestions without any concrete action, in this case can be said lack of seriousness in carrying out activities which have become duty and responsibility they replied. Based on the results of research that the authors do suggestions for local governments should be responsive, coordinate, with other government agencies in overcoming the problems that occur regarding the implementation of construction of houses unfit for habitation in order to ensure the welfare of the community
