FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KESIAPAN PERAWAT DALAM PENERAPAN DISCHARGE PLANNING DI RSUD RATU ZALECHA MARTAPURA
ABSTRAK Discharge planning adalah suatu pendekatan interdisipliner meliputi pengkajian kebutuhan klien tentang perawatan kesehatan di luar rumah sakit disertai dengan kerjasama dengan klien dan keluarga klien dalam mengembangkan rencana-rencana perawatan setelah perawatan di rumah sakit. Perawat mempunyai posisi yang penting dalam proses keperawatan pasien dan dapat memberikan kontinuitas perawatan melalui proses discharge planning. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kesiapan perawat dalam penerapan discharge planning di RSUD Ratu Zalecha Martapura. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional, dengan jumlah responder, 44 orang. Hasil uji Fisher's Exact Test untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan perawat dengan penerapan didapatkan p-value=0,004 (p<0,05) dan hubungan motivasi perawat dengan penerapan didapatkan p-value=0,002 (p<0,05). Pengetahuan dan motivasi merupakan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kesiapan perawatdalam penerapan discharge planning di RSUD Rattu Zalecha Martapura. Dari hasil penilaian diketahui bahwa ada hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan perawat dengan penerapan discharge planning dan ada hubungan antara motivasi perawat dengan penerapan discharge planning.Keywords: Discharge planning, pengetahuan, motivasi, perawat ABSTRACT Discharge planning is an interdisciplinary approach includes the assessment of the needs of clients on health care outside the hospital accompanied by co-operation with the client md the client's family in developing plans of care after hospitalization. The nurses have an important position of the nursing process for patient and to provide continuity of care through discharge planning process. The purpose of this study was to identify the howledge and motivation of nurses in discharge planning implementation in Ratu Zalecha Hospital Martapura. The design of this study was a descriptive analytical with cross-sectional approach, the number of respondents are 44 people . The test results of Fisher's Exact Test todetennine the relationship of nurses with the application of knowledge obtained p-value=0.004 (p<0.05)and the relationship with the application of motivation nurses obtained p-value=0.002 (p<0.05). Knowledge and motivation are factors related to the readiness of nurses in implementing discharge planning in Ratu Zalecha hospitals Martapura. From the results of the assessment was known that there was a relationship between the level of howledge of nurses with discharge planning implementation and there was a relationship between motivation of nurses with discharge planning implementation.Keywords: Discharge planning, Knowledge.
